“I have been studying spirituality and mysticism for over 8 years now.
I’ve had many enlightening experiences too.
I had the kundalini awakening experience when I was 20 and it never went away.
I still feel great pressure sometimes in the third eye because of this.
This has led me to live a very ascetic and contemplative lifestyle almost to me becoming a catholic monk.
Right now I’m taking vows with my spiritual director but what do you think I should do next for my spiritual path?

I’m not sure you need to look at this moment in your journey in terms of a decision about what to do next.
Settle into your heart and allow the presence of your silent self to express itself in motion.
You will find that you are led to do exactly what you need to do.
You don’t have to analyze, plan, or decide.
Your breath will flow with the rhythm of Nature and whatever you do will be perfect.
