    I love you, it is my first meditation since 2016, I know what it did for me then, but this experience surpass all others, I forgot how delightful meditation feels. 2016 was an explosive year for meditation, please move the world to do it again, the world is chaotic, it needs peace and meditation. thank you Mr. Deepak
