The Human Body: The Next Digital Revolution.

Deepak was part of a discussion about the next digital revolution at the 2013 CES in Las Vegas and introduced his new meditation product Dreamweaver.

Deepak – One of the most fundamental ways to prevent Alzheimer's might be deep sleep. Now since we are all showing technologies, I have a little bit of a surprise for you over here. This is something that we developed in the Chopra Center with Rudy Tanzi its called the Dream Weaver and what it is an AudioStrobe digital electronic device that actually feeds optical signals, audio signals and music and meditation and affirmations to your brain and we start with a frequency of about frequency of about 20 hertz and then slowly decrease – your brain waves start to lock on to the frequency of 20 Hz and then you slowly decrease the feeding of the brain waves and very quickly people go into Theta state some go into Delta states. This is another version of technologies that are now emerging and will emerge and these can all be aggregated. Once you aggregate these technologies with these devices and you have the correlations and the algorithms that can correlate these technologies through social networks because remember social networks are extensions of our mind. They are the way we regulate energy and information in the whole ecosystem we have a bright future for well being linked to technology.

Arianna Huffington – That’s fantastic. You know, can I take it with me and go have a nap and then when we have our afternoon session I will report on my dream weaving. But seriously I think this is amazing. To increase people’s awareness and help people sleep because there are so many.

I have two daughters. One is a Junior in college and people of their generation have such a hard time sleeping. It is not just all the people working hard it’s also young people in college and people worried about exams. So, something like that that could help would be absolutely amazing.
