Vengeance and Peace.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

What is it in us…to have such deep vengeance/hate/dislike for our brothers and sister? Is it ignorance of not knowing who we are?

Response:

Yes, ignorance of our true nature means we use all our energy to defend and protect our false self, our ego, from all perceived threats. Our ego has accumulated sociological habits of violence and distrust of others outside our family, clan, tribe, nation, religion or race as a primitive self-preservation reaction. This ingrained habit has become obsolete, counterproductive, and maladaptive now, but we hold fast to it anyway because that is the way we have been so long, it has developed a quasi-reality of its own, a pathological archetype status even.

Our long history of violence and hate may be deeply rooted now in our individual and collective psyches, but it is not the essence of who we are.

Our true nature is pure consciousness.  This is the place where we are at one with every other consciousness and we experience that as peace, joy and unconditional love. It is time for us to wake up from our slumber of our violent habits. As each person looks within and transcends their outmoded conditioning of hate, they will step into love. As more and more of us find the path of peace inside us, a collective shift will occur in the population that will lift us out of the old tribal pattern of hatred and violence toward others, and put us on the road toward a real and practical platform of peace.

Love,

Deepak
