Question:
I have been focusing on my “third eye” for enhanced activation. About the same time, I have developed insomnia. How do I get back to a good night’s sleep? Thank you.
Response:
The wakefulness of the third eye chakra is a distinct kind of awareness from the waking state awareness. So it’s activation should not be disturbing your regular sleep cycles. Just being clear about that sends a message to your bodymind that it can go to sleep as it used to. In the meantime, takes steps to make it easier to get to sleep: exercise during the day, eat a light dinner before 7pm, no work or reading before bed, make your bedroom dark, silent and slightly cool.
