Why is my awareness exclusively in the physical world? If there’s a nonphysical existence where my personality can exist, why can’t I be aware of it?
Response:
If you are asking this question about your awareness, then your attention is not exclusively in the physical world. Your nonphysical existence is awareness itself, and that pure awareness knows itself through itself. It is not our ego, or conscious mind that knows nonphysical existence. When awareness goes beyond ego and mind, then awareness knows itself. But this awareness is not only beyond the mind, it is inherent in every thought, feeling and sensation. Even when your awareness is identified with the physical world, your nonphysical awareness is always accessible simply by recognizing your presence of awareness. You don’t have to do anything or go anywhere, you are that consciousness.
