Be right; accept, forgive, empathize and sympathize, have not fear, cast not shadows, shine on the world, and with all of this have faith and believe in your self to become. Oh, and one more thing, do not lie.
Unfriended some good friends recently — on FB and real life — because they have not learned this yet. I miss them but feel a lot less stressed. I do think of them in my mediations, though, and hope it will help them.
