Hello Deepak! I was wondering if you could please clarify for me the difference between Spirit and Self? I’m really struggling with this as this is a very new journey for me. Thank you.
Response:
Some people use the terms interchangeably as referring to the essence of life. I think it can be helpful to make a distinction within that general idea to say that the Self is our individual experience of Reality as pure awareness. Spirit in this context would be the overall concept of impersonal reality for everyone.
