Dear Deepak, Sometimes when I feel low or hear a bad news etc., I sleep over it. After waking up the bad feeling or whatever is gone or is improved. Is it a good idea to sleep in bad mood or does the bad mood settle in our unconscious more deeply?
Sleep is a time for our minds and bodies to recuperate and rejuvenate. If you are mildly upset by something, then sleeping is likely to restore your balanced state of mind. That’s just how we are designed.
