Question:
How is recognizing “truth” not being judgmental?
Response:
Since you put truth in quotes, I wonder if this question does not arise from a disagreement where someone said something unkind to you and tried to justify it as recognizing the truth. People may indeed try to justify their unkindness or bluntness as simply the “truth.”
I can’t help you there, but I will say that actually recognizing the inherent truth of any given situation is never a judgmental act at all. Simply acknowledging what your present experience is does not require assigning blame or judgment in any way.
