Present Awareness.


When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.


Which is better, being in present moment awareness (observer and observed becoming one) or progressive silencing of mind?


It’s really the same thing. Present awareness is the deep state of consciousness where attention is open and unconditioned by attention on the past or future because it is in that state of silence or equipoise. We normally think of being in the present moment as a mindfulness technique while we’re engaged in active life, while we associate silencing the mind with meditation. But effortless being in the present moment requires that you access that silent mind while you are in the midst of activity, and that requires that you have meditated enough to have that silence as a background awareness at all times.
