    hello sir..i really admire the way and concepts of your teaching..i had a querry that when we concentrate on heart beat,after few min it beats so ferociously that i even have to breathe consiously as whole conc goes on heart beat..it feels as if my whole body is shaking with the heartbeat..it becomes scary at times..plz guide on the matter that am i doing something wrong?

    Forgiveness First I agree with Deepak that most people really don`t understand what meditation is. The Bible says,"Be still and know that I am God." The Bible also says,"Seek first the kindom within and all things will be added to you." This is meditation. For a beginning meditator, I would suggest practicing forgiveness first. For years, I practiced not getting upset no matter what happened, or who insulted me. Learn to control negative emotions first. This step will raise your consciousness enough for you to understand the deeper forms of meditation. Look inside.
