Dear Deepak,
I’m a girl living in Mexico, but I speak English very well I think. The thing is, I have been meditating with your videos, and I will do the Oprah & Deepak's 21-Day Meditation Experience, Energy of Attraction. My question is, it is fine that I do it even if it is not my natural language? I mean, my mind will take the message? Or do I have to translate first?

Your English is more than good enough to do the 21 Day meditations as they are provided. What really matters is whether someone’s comprehension is good enough to follow the instructions into and out of meditation. The real value comes from the meditation itself, and in that silence, language isn’t important
