Meditation Hopping.


When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.


When I first started to use a PMS mantra I found it difficult so I reverted to So Hum.   Now I find that during meditation if I start with one, the other will emerge, or vice versa.  Should I stick with one mantra during a meditation session? 


Yes, you should stick with one practice. I would recommend that you proceed with the Primordial Sound Meditation. If the mantra is automatically coming to you while you meditate, then you are thinking it without difficulty or strain. That is the easy way you are supposed to think the mantra. I think you may be a bit confused about PSM if you felt it was difficult. I suggest you contact your meditation teacher and set up a time to review the meditation process to get you back on the right track.
