When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.


In the meditation instructions you give, do I focus on the centering thought or clearing the mind?



In meditation, the mind shouldn’t be focused on either a centering thought or on clearing the mind. When your mind drifts in meditation, gently bring it back to the mantra, or to awareness of the breath, depending upon the meditation. This process is how the mind becomes clearer, not by trying to clear the mind, or thinking about clearing the mind.
