Manifesting in the Gap.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
I’ve been meditating for a while now and I have a question about manifesting my desires. I’ve heard you say that we drop our intentions in the gap between thoughts and release them to the universal spirit. What I don’t understand is during meditation aren’t we supposed to try and go beyond our thoughts? It’s confusing because it seems like if we put our intentions in the gap then those intentions get in the way of our silence.
Am I supposed to create an intention and then go into the meditation or create the intention while I’m meditating?
Thanks for all the material you put out. It has been very inspirational to me.
Response:
Over time, the silence of gap becomes established firmly enough so that having a thought or intention in the gap does not get in the way of that silence or pull you out of it. So meditate in the way you have been instructed, then when you are finished, do your sutras or intentions afterward while you are still in that silence. In that field of all possibilities, you drop your intention and then let your awareness go back to that wholeness, and then repeat the process for that period of time you are allotting for your intention manifestation practice.
