Are you saying that it is futile to ask God for favors because everything is destined anyway?
Response:
No, I have not said that it is futile to ask for help or guidance from a higher source. Nor have I said that all of life is destined. In fact, I have always stated that our essential nature is pure freedom and without limitation. Our creativity and desires come from a state of consciousness with infinite possibilities. The conscious choices we make on a daily basis are how our awareness evolves.
