    Mindful awareness of what you should be eating and what you should not be, is incredibly important for health! It is also just as valuable as mindful awareness whilst you ARE actually eating! You can engage with your food: it's colour, texture and taste. You can think about where it comes from, it's life journey, imagining the sun's life-force it has soaked up, and what nutrition it gives to you :D it also makes it taste much better than just chewing it too ♥

Working to reach what you really want to require a serious commitment, but this is not necessarily a boring process. The fact is that you have to set your life towards a goal that you love: therefore, your commitment is - for the most part - interesting. What you really have to do is to face the commitment by USING YOUR OWN RHYTHM. You don't have to follow the rules that the society has taught you. What you have to do is to find out the rhythm that allows you to reach the best that you can. What would be the use of following someone else's pace? Just trust yourself, even if at the very beginning it seems your progress are slower than you expected: the method, is the key. Once you get what is YOUR method, you can do whatever you want to. Just keep going, then. Then, what you really have to do is learning how to slow down. I know it seems a bit weird, but this is the way. You have to slow down every time it is possible and you have to learn to live according to what is the best timing for you. After a while, you will realize that YOUR timing is the best one, because it will allow you to perform the duties in a positive a accurate way, since you will optimize not only your skills, but even yourself. Then, discovering what is your own rhythm means preparing the ground for your success. In other words, it means to invest on yourself for free. START THE PROCESS OF GOING TOWARDS YOURSELF! SLOW DOWN YOUR PACE AND START UNDERSTANDING WHO YOU REALLY ARE BY REFLECTING ON YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE.
