How can Meditation be a process?.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
“I would like to know why meditation is described as a process, because the word process seems to imply to me that there is a purpose or goal for the practice of meditation.
What would you describe as the goal of meditation and in what sense is meditation a process?”
Response:
Mediation is a process in that it utilizes principles of the mind to experience its non-local source.
The means through which the object of thought begins to dissolve and disappear during meditation, is not random or chaotic.
On the contrary, it is a systematic and intelligible process.
That’s why meditation can be taught and why it produces repeatable results.
That is why it can be described as a process, even though the exact nature of the meditation experience is spontaneous and unknowable.
