Emotional Release.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

When trying to practice Emotional Release, I find sometimes I am unsure how to identify “the” one emotion I am feeling, as at times I feel it could one of many.  I may feel like there is Anger, Jealousy, and for example Rejection happening at the same time.  How do I choose which “one” to identify?  Is there an Emotional pecking order as which ones may be a more important to release than other?

Response:

The simplest way to identify emotions is to listen to your body. Every emotion has a physiological counterpart. Close your eyes and feel in your body  whatever sensation you have that are associated with your emotion. That emotion will be located somewhere in your body. Maybe it is a hollow feeling in your abdomen, pressure in your head, or tightness in your chest. Identify the place you are feeling the sensation and then describe what that sensation feels like. Even if you can’t winnow it down to one feeling or one emotion, that is okay, just list the various feelings you have, and then work on releasing them one at a time. You don’t have to prioritize the emotions first, just start in with the emotion that has the dominating physical sensation.

Deepak
