Breathing in Meditation.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

Hi Deepak, I have a question about breathing during meditation. Is it best to breathe in and out of the nose during meditation, or exhale through the mouth? I just meditated for the first time exhaling through the mouth and had a much deeper meditation. Regards

Response:

During your meditation practice, don’t try to regulate or control your breath in any way. Breathe easily and naturally just as you would if you were sitting quietly and not paying attention to your breath. If you want to make us of specific breathing techniques like pranayama, I recommend doing them before you meditate.

Love,

Deepak
