Body Movements.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

I have been meditating for 4 months and recently I’ve been experiencing body movements that are yoga-like. My concern is I also experience these movements, especially neck movements when I am not meditating. Should I be concerned about this? This has been going on for a week now. Your answer would be greatly appreciated.

Response:

There is no reason to be concerned. The body is merely moving the way it needs to in order to facilitate the release of old tensions and conditioning. They will stop on their own when the process has finished. In the meantime, don’t resist the movements, and don’t encourage them either. If you do, they might continue longer than absolutely necessary. To help diminish the movements that occur after meditation, it will be helpful to do some light stretching with yoga asanas and make sure you go for a good walk during the day.

Love,

Deepak
