Being in the Body.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

Could you explain further about how to be in the body? How to talk with the body? On your most recent meditations you always say that when you ring the soft bell come back to the body, but I never leave the body. I could say that meditating is when I feel most in the body. I spend the meditation scanning the body, observing it and repeating the mantra.

Response:

Feeling the body is about allowing your sensation to remain in the body instead of being projected outward toward objects of perception. It is often easier to close your eyes and be in a quiet place when listening to your body. Some people who are strongly kinesthetic find it helpful to place a hand over their abdomen. The idea is to connect innocent, non-judgmental attention to the body. This accepting awareness allows the intelligence of the body to convey whatever information to your conscious mind. It also brings the healing and organizing power of your consciousness into harmonious support for the healing your body is doing.

This process of bringing attention to the body is different than the meditation process, where the focus of attention should return to the mantra.

Love,
Deepak

The truth and the way to be conscious is through direct experience of the sensations to go on in your body, not outside the body or with mantra`s. These are known as desires.

After reading this I really wanted to know few things that I experience every time I meditate. The first thing is once i am at a deep state i automatically travel to places as if i am flying and looking down.Every picture is moving and looks so real as if i am looking at the real moving pictures and natures beauty.sometime i see person face that i do not even know who they are.The second thing that happens is my head suddenly falls back during deep meditative state.if i say i am sleeping then my head should fall forward as does normally. Do everybody have the same experience or can somebody explain this?Mr Chopra if you have anything to say on it?
