Being Fulfilled.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Being fulfilled is something food alone can't do. You must nourish.

Yesterday I ate a particularly great meal: nutrition rich, hearty, filling, tasty. I left that meal feeling "full," and yet aware some part of me wasn't "full" at all. This was the first time I'd noticed that I could be physically full---that is, not needing to eat any more than what I'd already had---but still hungry for something I couldn't name. I registered this as "awareness" but didn't know where else to go with it. Today, without connecting this is yesterday's moment, I watched a two-hour interview with Maya Angelou and, as it ended, heard myself sigh and say out loud, "THIS! This is what I'm hungry for when a part of me is looking for (something) to bring me to that wholehearted feeling of fullness!"

Very right wat Deepak says; the fullfillig of the soul (Jung), is the real religion, makes someone really holy. Not earlier. That soul is the diplomat between counscess and uncounscess and makes us One.
