Dear Deepak, I want to know if you have experienced absolute silence? Last 6 months Whenever I meditate silently, there is no sound around me , I hear white noise/static noise in my ears. I was not sure if it is a problem with my ears or I have to go deeper in meditation to experience no sound silence or there is no such thing as absolute silence. kindly help me to find the answer.
