Spirits are real and aware, as we are all spirits at this moment in the body. Ghosts are not they are simply echoes of emotion burned into the time / energy of the space. Paranormal , of course it exists we all use the term to describe unexplained and not normal events. Kind of like ufo unidentified flying object. Until we know what the object is and then all the fear usually goes.
