The principle still holds though.. The universe contains everything that exists. The subjective reality of the conscious observer is only an infinitesimally small subset of the objective reality in which *literally everything* is possible - including every conceivable tuning of parameters of any physical theory. From this existentialist perspective it is not very surprising that the part of the universe that we observe has the exact properties needed for us to exist. It cannot be otherwise.
