Ive never experienced death of a child or death of someone really close to me(though i have experienced spiritual death in someone ), but I don't understand why people don't say it like this.... you never get over it, its impossible to "get over" someone you love, no matter who it is, but you find reasons to go on, and find that person in your life everyday because they will always be there. Life is only given to us once (i think anyhow, I havent died and come back to tell the tale so who knows) so mine as well make best of it what we can while we are here. You dont get over anything you have loved and lost, you find ways to celebrate it and keep it in your life in a healthy way and a positive way to channel those energies. Just how i take it anyhow. We are mortal beings, and this is something unfortunately we have to deal with, but perhaps can help us celebrate life a little more, because being mortal you really understand how precious it is, as corny as that sounds. Anything I love is with me everyday of my life and always will be, I will make it so!
