Hi Deepak, In one of your meditation programs, you were instructing people to put attention on parts of the body where it needs healing. But you also state in your books that whatever we put our attention on will only become stronger. What, then, is the best way to heal certain parts of my body where I’m experiencing pain?
When you are asked to use attention to heal parts of your body, the instruction is to let your attention be with the sensation in that area, in an easy, innocent manner. This is because gentle, neutral, non-judgmental attention has an inherently positive and organizing influence that supports and facilitates the inherent healing process of the body. This attention to the body does not make the pain stronger, it makes the healing process stronger.
