Sleep and Love.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
It is said that love comes from the heart. I once had an experience being conscious when entering the dream world and when I jumped into the midst of deep sleep, I experienced a wonderful feeling of love. Now my question is this: Since, as it is said that love comes from the heart, do we actually go to sleep each night in the spirit of our heart?

When we go into sleep state of consciousness, our thinking, imagining mind stops, and with it goes our sense of time and space. What remains is pure Being, pure consciousness resting in its own existence in the spiritual heart. It is the still quality of awareness that feels complete and whole. This silent state of fulfillment not the usual conception of love, but it can be considered love because this pure contentment is the source of love.
So yes, you could say we go to sleep in the spirit of our heart, if our spiritual heart is understood as that state of fulfillment in silent, pure awareness.
