Life: Phase 2.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
I have an idea, a dream, a goal toward a rewarding and fulfilling ‘phase 2’ of my life. The end result is quite clear; it’s the ‘how do I get there from here’ that is still unclear. I take a baby step, then get busy on other things (full time job, raising children as a single mother, etc.). Then another baby step, then busy with other things – and on it goes and has gone for the past two years. My question is, how do I determine if I am the roadblock or bottleneck toward reaching my goal, or if it’s just not the right time according to the Universe? I meditate daily, and this goal is on my list of intentions and has been for two years. Right now I feel like I SHOULD be doing more toward pursuing this dream, but when I try to think of the things I could and should be doing, it just doesn’t come to fruition for whatever reason. Thank you, as always, for your advice and wisdom!

If I understand you correctly, you meditate every day, but you want and feel that you should do much more to fulfilling life. You believe the activities of being a mother and working a full-time job are holding you back. I suggest you expand your vision of fulfillment and find the seeds of that future dream in the present activities, and beliefs. Let phase 2 evolve from the best parts of your life right now. That way you don’t have to feel frustrated and guilty about not living up to some imaginary standard. And this approach also allows you to enjoy phase 2 now, regardless of what it eventually becomes.
