Having the intention to be happy after meditation is a good start for an amazing life, but it’s probably not enough. To fully complement the experience of self-awareness from meditation it helps to cultivate an attitude of self-inquiry, as well as compassion and service to others. Having an interest in understanding the nature of your own consciousness along with the feeling and actions to share that wisdom will be the best post-meditation action for a truly amazing life.
