Clearing Exercise.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

In your book, “The Book of Secrets”, though I am not even half way through, I am overwhelmed by how much I need to do if I am to discover my real self, and I feel like time is running out.  In the section about changing one’s reality to accommodate the fifth secret you suggest doing a ‘clearing exercise’ for at least 5 minutes a day for a month focusing on the following areas: disorder, stress, empathic suffering, negativity, inertia, toxic relationships, beliefs, energy and sensations. Should we scan all these areas in the five minutes or just one at a time?  How does one keep a sense of hope when so much needs to be done?

Response:

The list for the clearing exercise is just a general list to help you determine where you need to direct your attention. In the five minutes you set aside for this clearing, let your attention go to the area that feels like a priority, and work on that. It may be an area that is listed, or possibly another topic that is not listed. Regardless, of what you end up clearing during that time, the important thing is your focus of attention on letting go of your old conditioning in order to accommodate yourself to a new reality.

Regarding keeping a sense of hope during this journey when there is so much to be done; just know that you are doing all you can do right now, and that is all that is required of us. In that state of acting in the moment, you have all the time in the world, whatever needs to be done will get done in the exact right time.

Love,

Deepak
