Black Hole Heart.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
I have been reading ‘Path to Love’ and I am mesmerized by it. Although at times it is too painful for me to read. I have, however, performed the meditation exercise you mentioned in the book, and I listened to my heart. The strangest sensation came over me, (and this happened twice). It was as if my heart was a black hole – you know like when a star dies – and the whole room around me, even the whole universe, was being sucked into it. Frankly, I don’t know how to proceed from here. All I have in my heart is a powerful vacuum. Could you please consider my situation and try and give me an answer?

Since even reading the book is at times quite painful for you, I’m sure the sensation you are experiencing in your heart is a deep release of old relationship trauma that you are now starting to heal. The book has just helped you access the places where the heart pain was stored. The body knows exactly what it needs to in order to make your heart whole again, and so gently support the process with loving acceptance and when it is complete you will be reborn—like a reborn star.
