Being Peaceful.


When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.


Hi Deepak, I would like to know how I can be more peaceful and serene – and specifically not be affected by other people, fears or circumstances. I find it difficult to live my life as I have found out I can be upset by other people or conditions, which of course leads to suffering.

I try to do this by meditation, visualizing that external factors will not hurt me, frighten or affect me on another emotional level. Meditation helps for a short period of time, but when I am in the daily routine in the 'normal' world this state of serenity is gone. Do you have any suggestions?


You are doing the right things to be more peaceful. Meditation is helping you consolidate a strong sense of independence and self-reliance. That sense of serenity will naturally fade during the stress of daily life events. But every day a little more of your real self gets established. It’s analogous to the traditional cloth dying process where cloth is saturated in a vat of dye and then put in the sun to bleach it out. Then it is put back in the dye and again faded in the sunlight. Each time the cloth retains more color until eventually it becomes colorfast and will not fade away in the sun anymore. In the same way, eventually the peace and serenity of meditation will remain with us throughout all of our day’s activities regardless of what others say or do to us.

    I believe peace is a stage of Consciousness. we only can experience in the purity of our being. we cannot create peace, peace is a principle of the Universe. The unique we can do is not interfere with peace. which is the most this world is up to. God is Peace. when you are near a peacefull mind you can feel the vibration of high potentiality. we have to cultivate in our daily life pure thought of clean consciousness. in a stage of non action of interference with the infinite expansion of Peace that is operating in the Universe without space and time. now we have to do it stronger than ever as Peace is the most needed in this moment in the world. if each of us take the consciousness to stop interfering with peace. the resonance will show us the magnificence of creation.
