Universe as a Reflection of the Self.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
You say that the universe is a reflection of the self. I have heard & read this before, but never delved too deeply earlier on this thought. Does it mean it’s a reflection of my intentions or my possibilities?
Response:
The universe you experience is a reflection of your self, i.e. your likes, dislikes, habits, limitations, hopes, judgments, and personal history. All of this conditioning constitutes the filter that colors what we call our experience of the universe. As we release this conditioning through meditation, we are changing our experience of the world. When our self has been purified of all limitations, it knows itself as non-local infinite and a field of all possibilities, and from that state, the world looks very different. As William Blake says, “If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it truly is, infinite.”
