Religion and Marriage Differences.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
I have been in a relationship with a man who does not share my religion for almost 13 years. We have been married for 6 of those years and recently had a child together. Now all we do is argue about religion and it is bringing me down. I am seeing that I don’t want this for my child , however I don’t want my child to suffer from a broken home.
Any advice?
Response:
Obviously what brought you two together and has kept you in a relationship for 13 years has been your love for each other, not theological agreement on how best to please God. So make a promise to each other to not talk about religion. Have an understanding that the only relationship to God that really matters is the one you have in the silence of your heart. Arguing and fighting about God can only interfere with that loving connection with God in your heart.
Love,
Deepak

When you search, you can`t find, when stop you find. Knowing about God, and focusing about God, will bring you back in space filled with fog. where you only will be force to think about you and your inside. That is and will truly guides you. In the fog you can see and listen yourself, let`s listen our embedded religion.
Having Enlightened Parents is maybe the key to an happy and fullfilling life for the Child. He/she in an ideal world can then also pass on the understandings of life to his/her Children but Its got to start from somewhere I guess. Not many parents have the understandings of life in their locker like you Mr Chopra..
I have been married to my wife for 25 years and we both have very different looks on religion but we have respected each others views I guess that`s what love is about. My kids have grown with different views and that has made their life deeper in their spirituality and view on religion and religiousness. Kids deserve to have a rich spiritual life not the life we want them to have. Like always thank you Mr Chopra for your advise.
