Releasing Limiting Beliefs.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
Apparently I have a story/limiting belief that I do not deserve to be happy. I guess it has something to do with my sister (she got a lot of attention because she was very fragile from the beginning of her life). How do I get rid of this limiting belief? Will the meditating help? Can I “meditate it away”? I want to let you know that I’m very grateful for your meditations! You are a great inspiration for me, and I try to integrate the Seven Spiritual Laws in my life.

Meditation will be your greatest help in getting past these limiting beliefs and patterns because it brings you to an awareness which is beyond those patterns. But it will also help to cultivate new habits and beliefs aligned with your expanded consciousness. Using the Seven Spiritual Laws every day will also be a great help. Gently notice when your pattern of feeling undeserving gets triggered. Notice where you feel it somewhere in your body. Breathe a few long full breaths into that space to acknowledge it and allow it to release.
