Meditation Addiction.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
Beloved Deepak,
I have been meditating for almost two years now. I have experienced many energy blockage and release sensation in my body in different forms all along. Recently I wanted to take a break from this regular practice and tried a few times but could not. If I do not meditate for a few days I become very irritable and restless. Quality of my sleep is affected and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and have to meditate to be able to sleep again or to sleep peacefully. So to say, is meditation addictive?
Response:
Not really. It’s just that your mind and body are getting so much from the meditation, so you are getting strong messages to continue. If meditation was genuinely addictive, then more people who have started meditation in the past would automatically continue.
Love,
Deepak
Since I started meditating around 1.5 months ago, strange things are happening. I visited the other side, learned to fly, met my guides, got healing thru the light. I know, it sounds unreal, I wouldn`t believe myself if I heard it from somebody. I`m overwhelmed, I try to write down what happened after each meditation. At the same time I could use some guidness or I`d like to discuss it with those who had a similar experience.
He he it`s better than getting addicted to alcohol or smoking ! Some addictions are good....I am addicted to love :)
