Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Free to all who register, the Chopra Center’s 21-Day Meditation Challenge™ has already helped tens of thousands of participants experience the many benefits of meditation ― including stress relief, restful sleep, and decreased depression, as well as greater physical vitality, enhanced creativity, and sharper focus.

The Chopra Center for Wellbeing today announced the launch of an all-new 21-Day Meditation Challenge led by world-renowned author and pioneer in mind-body medicine, Dr. Deepak Chopra. Starting Monday, July 16, this life-transforming experience is free to all who register via Facebook or at http://www.chopracentermeditation.com.

“I’m personally very excited about the 21-Day Meditation Challenge and the opportunity to reach so many people throughout the globe with practical tools that offer proven benefits for physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing,” said Deepak Chopra.
“To cite just one major benefit, meditation is enormously helpful in relieving stress, which is the underlying contributor to so many illnesses, including heart disease, diabetes, depression, and chronic pain. Meditation helps the body release stress and return to its natural state of balance and health,” said Dr. Chopra.

The 21-Day Meditation Challenge makes learning to meditate easy, fun, and inspiring, offering 21 days of daily guided audio meditations and guidance based on the timeless teachings of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Each day, participants in the Chopra Center’s 21-Day Meditation Challenge™ will receive:

     • Daily meditations guided by Dr. Deepak Chopra & other Chopra Center master educators
     • Practical tips and wisdom for creating lasting change through meditation
     • A worldwide community of like-minded individuals exploring the gifts of meditation

The theme of this all-new Meditation Challenge is “Free to Love,” with meditations focused on creating more enlightened relationships, healthier self-esteem, and genuine unconditional love.
Since its inception less than two years ago, the Chopra Center’s 21-Day Meditation Challenge™ has received an overwhelmingly positive response, attracting thousands of participants from 194 countries to date. More than 1 million participants are expected to take part in the new 21-Day Meditation Challenge beginning July 16.

“Ultimately, our vision is to share the tools of personal transformation and inspiration, including meditation, with millions of people,” said Deepak Chopra. “It takes as little as one percent of a population to create positive change, and I believe that if 100 million people underwent a personal transformation in the direction of peace, harmony, laughter, love, kindness, joy, and equanimity, the world would be transformed.”
