Seeing a Clear Path

Category:  Deepak Quotes

We just urge you to quit being part of the majority who live in confusion and conflict. Join the minority that sees a clear path out of present darkness, that never submits to fear and despair, and that despair its part to lead everyone out of crisis into a future full of light.

  • The Sun is shining for us all. Solar energy will literally provide worldwide everything we need to survive. Sol-utions are always on the way solving problems on the go. That is our Nature into which we constantly mature. We are not for nothing "Children of the Sun".

  • Coming from an abusive alcoholic family atmosphere where ‘children should be seen and not heard’ was the motto of the household; I've continued to work endlessly, shifting my consciousness, healing psychological wounds and turning it all around in order to be ‘that which I did not have’ for my own three children. As they are grown now, I am always open to facing any mistakes I may have made as a parent to looking in their eyes and apologizing for anything (fortunately it has been very little) which they may question. I tell them that I see them as the magnificent, brilliant and beautiful beings that they are and I am there for them as a light energy for love and support always. Thus I am grateful to say that my relationships with them are supportive, communicative, loving, and always evolving.

  • I give out holistic healing to all who need it - people who speak to me wherever I am. I get the greatest happiness from doing this, especially when those same people come back later on and jubilantly tell me their health has improved with my advice!!! And I don't charge any money for this. I'm a Holistic Health Counselor. I also speak enthusiastically to others about the fantastic health benefits of eating live organic raw vegan NON-GMO food! Dr. Chopra: I would like to say you are a beautiful, inspirational driving force for the powerful positive changes in my life in both great health and spirituality! Thank you and God bless you!!!

  • When I began to write the book "the Gifts of Grief: Finding Light in the Darkness of Loss" I knew that the title would deflect some who felt there could never be a gift in their grief. However, I knew the light that others would find would make it all worthwhile, and that is what has happened. I have empathy and honoring of those who are not ready to see the light--they are still going through the grief process. Blessings to each of us and our way.

I also participate in animal rescue, and in numerous volunteer activities to help the elderly and disabled. To me, it is so very rewarding to help others. • if we consider, that all of us are part of one and the same, same energy if you will, then in order to "heal the world" each one of us needs to start to develop our individual quality that doesn't necessarily make us different from the others, but through finding love and respect to ourselves, we are then able to influence the whole - in the good way. If all were doing this, Allison wouldn't have to watch all that crap going on on TV. And before that happens, I'd suggest to go to places without TVs and dislike news pages on FB. Instead focus on the good stuff and there always is something you can appreciate in order to get more and more of that.

  • I started a pet food bank while doing the meditations on abundance and already have over 250 families that we are helping. There is also God's Garden of Giving that I made in my backyard as a community garden to share veggies and herbs with the food banks and people in need. The Loaves and the Fishes is my baking ministry where I make and share bread and other goodies with people who live in poverty. Right now this could make me part of a minority but I share what I am doing so others can see how even little things can make a difference. As the word is spread I hope that the majority joins and discovers the fulfillment of bringing positive change to the lives of others.

  • I don't believe you can claim to be spiritual and not reach out to people, animals all that lives and breathes. Religion should never be confined to a building or a ritual but rather in meditating to feel in your soul what you are meant to do from God's message to improve all the gifts he has given us. I make prayer blankets and try to visit all who can't get out and need a kind touch and a simple conversation. It is truly amazing how your inner feelings begin to be affected by this. Also saving an animal who was abused and abandoned. There is no greater love than what they give back to you. With prayer you know God listens to you but you must also take the time to let Him speak back.

  • I do understand what you are saying about not being the status quo. We are more than that. Yet to be removed from some of the situations that lead us to people who need our help would be unfair. We can`t live in that continuous state of a spirituality which would lead us to a place where we are no earthly good. People shy away from you if your enlightenment overwhelms them. They don`t think they can do it and sometimes they just plain don`t want to learn a different approach to life. It is not for us to decided. It is still the free will of a man`s heart to lead him in the ways that are good, and pure and loving. We are here to demonstrate only!

I teach her that the universe does not judge, but works totally on the LAW of ATTRACTION. I teach her that what she sees depends on how she looks....., that's plenty for one lifetime. :}

And have for six years! and when I'm not doing that I teach regular folks about the 4 agreements and the love languages. Then in my spare time I go to school, work full time, foster kids, serve on the board for cultivating the arts in my city and serve as the only committee members that raises Easter eggs and candy for our local boys and girls club. I do this by always being mindful of my gifts, saying lots thanks and getting by with a little help from my friends! next up... Save the world. I need a cape!

  • Wow ..... I guess I am the minority but some get it...... a little ..... a little more .... it is ....... weird to some ......funny to others.... and some walk in a daze ......... Deepak if I live to meet you ..... HE (not me) has something to say to you ....... I don't yet know what .....he does not work the way of this place~ It sets you on fire and says pick up your cross ........ I said "I don't have one" ....... .so he broke my back 3 times ..... and it manifested as pain .......... "There hows that" ......... "ahhhhhh ummmmm .....stop making me chant!" HE (not me) is very funny indeed ...... he took my deeds and handed um back! He gave me a mother her name is MARY ...... no a real (as real as a dream is) Mary and another sister Mary too, HIS humor not done he gave me 3 brothers JOSEPH, THOMAS and JOHN ........ Good LORD I went mad! No not that kind of mad but 3 brothers make you mad! HE added a sister Anne a grandma ANNA .......... a dad called HAL ..... may-be a reference to that Computer HAL .....forgot that story. Carl Jung said "Your Spiritual Journey will unfold according to what you have studied" ...... CARL! Put that at the front of the book ! Not the last book ! I read 300 different journeys ..... so I had no choice but to scream 'GOD help me! I cannot do all that! ' ........he made them think I was crazy ........ thank GOD he made me strong enough to bend bars and flatten em all if they got in the Way ! HE even sent ANGLES....... well those too I meant ANGELS! ........ Lord have mercy! Strange LIGHTS in the sky and they laughed when I said "Those are not UFOs , they are making symbols like crop circles in the sky! HE put me in one of those too! Yes, I guess that makes me one of the few!

I just wanted to take the time to tell you that I appreciate all you do in helping all of us, who want to know more about life, ourselves, everything. • I was born an artist and developed many aspects of it since young age. Music, drawing, writing, painting, dancing, filmmaking, singing etc. Two things had a strong impact in my live: In a trip to Patagony, I saw a young Indian kid being beaten up by a super market owner , he had committed the terrible crime of eating a fruit yoghurt. That stayed in may mind since I didn't do any thing, so shocked of seeing that image. Years later I saw at Pompidou Museum an art exhibit of Joseph Beuys. He had written in an old metallic washing bath hanging on the wall, that we had done already all in plastic art, that the new art was to be art ourselves. He did performances and had made World War 2, he knew much about life and humanity. So One day of deep reflection I decided that my life was going to be my ARt. It means that I will do my best to act the perfect action at present time and put in my life acts, ideals, deep feeling and thinking, creativity, truth etc all that defines art. I did not realised how far in my behaviour this decision will take me, there is no room here to describe the way, so rich and fulfilling ever since, and the continuous and permanent inner and outer joy of living that brought to my life and others. Instead of obtaining social recognition as an artist as usual, my ego felt denied and complaint, I could se how society around and my life included were modelling like clay. It lead to even a law project in France to stop the facial documents control to immigrant origin young man, by only giving advice to the smartest and more prepared of them, that became a leading figure, and even wrote a book; I have a dream, not giving me any credit for my guidance, here my ego got another slap, but the dead was accomplished together and that's what counts. I founded an non-profit association based on mutual help, artist feat back and coaching, collecting spear food and giving it to those in need, even myself since I became also poor, as never, but so confident and rich of joy and inner peace. Plus some collective art work, in this very individualist Parisian society that expects everything coming from government, a very advanced mode of government for its people in many ways. And the most important, I never again let any injustice happen in front of my eyes, and my self became a more just person. By giving this example, many people changed, took me as reference, my humble way of living, not consuming objects but troc, or founded objects, recycling the things other people through away, even plants, I made a garden in the court yard of the building and ended up at the police, since I was aggressed physically and defended myself, by this man not loving plants, and finally I was respected and plants are alive. Although that bothered again by British just arrived, but now i found neighbour’s support rapidly. Besides that, my faith in God and good in general increased and had visions, and must now be very careful of what I wish or think since it materialises very quickly, as people go to the supermarket to buy. Even material things, that might be needed. I also showed that we are creators of our life to others, some ask me my beliefs, people listen to me and ask advice, recognise me as a special soul and spiritual people or politicians also ask me to join them to transfer knowledge and responsibility in society. I chose a political party dedicated to promote equality and to the poorer and respect of ecology and collaborate when I can, people in the neighbourhood asked me be a candidate for them, but I’m not ready for that and like to feel free. The most important I do for others is sharing hope and capacity of being marvelled of the beauty of this world and the confidence in ourselves that all that we don't like can be change by our active acting, feeling and thinking. Today, I consider myself as a Life and Peace server although I express revolt many times to face injustice, Love is my religion as my love for nature, it includes much sharing and understanding, compassion to others and myself, and I’m satisfied of the art piece that my life became. I came back to singing, since music heals us all and create communion among cultures and hearts with the Source. My two children respect me and love me much and they say to others that I am a model for them and society and that makes them very happy and confident in themselves and life in general. Both of them are artists, not searching glory neither profits, for the older one that is now a young man, but living also with Art and respect of Life, his and others. Ispeak of my self and kids since it all starts from the center, from what is closest. Thank you for giving me this oportunity to share Deepak, my respects and admiration for your life and work, that interst me highly. Marcela

No I care about this earth and every little bit helps. I am sure the 2 large bags I pickup monthly are appreciated by mother earth if not by others- even if just in my own neighborhood.

  • Our company was hit by the first wave of the credit crunch in 2008/2009. Bankruptcy followed and since I was a partner, I lost everything, but ... the small practice in shiatsu and acupressure, that I had started years ago on the side. Over four years we were rocked left, right and centre. In the end we finally discovered that rockbottom also means freedom and that freedom leads to our creativity within. That is what we enjoy now in many different areas of our lives. Leaving the majority was not out of free will, but it has brought so much: necessary lessons to learn and new, clear insights. My small practice has started to flourish. The income it generates is still modest, but most of the time sufficient. I feel grateful to have found work, that simply feels like meeting new friends all the time. Being able to fully understand the fears and pains we experience on crossroads to new life paths, has proven to be helpful in guiding others who are also searching. Moreover: it is good to enjoy each others company while we are all on our way to new and broader horizons.

  • Petra, I know of a man who lived in Ethiopia, suffered extreme levels of poverty, and yet always shared what he had with others. He would say to me, 'say I only have so much money, and my neighbor is struggling with his family. I would give it to him and trust that god would provide, and I was never left unprovided for. He now lives in Australia.....he is no less generous and humane, and he is never in poverty, his dignity and trust in the creative life of giving really did and continues to fill his sweet cup. So yes, there are poor people who have a vision, a hope. My father himself lived in severe poverty, and he always shared....does to this day. He taught me that we are more than just our survival needs, we are more than just material beings. Whereas I have met people who amass a lot of money and never feel like they have enough, and hesitate therefore to help their own children. My Ethiopian friend by no coincidence has a name that literally translates to 'hope in the world.'

  • Yes I Do!. Whenever I am in a shopping and happens to have a meal there me and my sons always leave the table klean for the others behind us who also want to seat and have a good rest time of dinning, sepcially for the ones that come along with little kids; we take the empty plates and garbagge to the area where there is people sepparating the garbagge and it's supposed doing that for all of us, but there are moments where there is too many people that they do not have time to do it and people just leave things in the table as if they were the only ones dinning there ... many people have told me to not do that because that way I am taking away the job for the cleaning persons ...but I just think that won't ever happen because here in Portugal no one does as I do and people look at us very admired ...-) I just thing it's the respect we show to others that with the time might introduce a little change on others too ... I might be wrong but I like doing that.

    Veronique Menand // 2013-01-20 04:07:07 // //
  • The last year has revealed in this non english speaking part of turtle island where I live that well dressed people could plan corruption rationally while observing the decorum of well educated people. Their actions undermined the education system, environment, as well as contributing to disrespect of treaties with first Nations who are the natural guardians of our beloved dwelling place, the earth, the rivers, the animals, the air and our people. Conflict is the expression of natural sanity talking back to mass hypnotizer presenting philosophical illness as an elitist concept. Something like : "if I leave these idiots destroy humanity heritage without resisting, six pack says I will become one of the chosen ones minority that posseses super brain of light." Which is obviously, intellectually, philosophically and polically retarded. These are the words of a spiritual prostitute serving the interest of toxic exploitation. Human rights and environment conventions have to be defended by everyone on a daily basis. Negotiations is a 24 hours a day business around the globe. Conflict is taking place and in the actual context of immoral dereglementation it is good and necessary. It is the expression of truth and dignity. From it, one can practice listening to what the other has to say as well as well as practicing speaking out one's opinion ; one can promote non-violent action ; one can speak out for the minorities ; one can serve the weak and the lonely against the rich and the mean. I'll say resistance is the key word. Confusion so what ? Conflict, so what ? As long as you crack down the propaganda that is intended to make you sleep while while illeterate zombies are waiting to rape natural beauty out of pure ignorance. These thin gurus for bureaucrats under medication really piss me off.

  • I am a mother of 4, who raises money and gathers medical supplies to send to the orphans in China. I saved enough to allow me to go to China for 1 month this past July 2012 and help care for these abandoned babies and Children. I have worked in western medicine system in the past, but do to ethical issues I quit many years ago after the loss of a child. I now embrace Natural medicines and wholistic Body,Mind Spirit medicine. This helped me on my trip to China as I was able to treat and help many very sick, and dying children recover. I believe that you must try your hardest to be a kind, loving, and compassionate being. Even when it seems good deeds go unrecognized by others, what goes around comes around! • I used to work in the farmaceutical industry, but in 2012 I pulled myself out of that industry that I could not support any longer. Now I am the owner of a B&B in a remote area in France. At the beginning of the year, my boyfriend and father of my 2 children announced that he is leaving us. He was supposed to make a living for the family, but obviously doesn't have the courage to take that responsibility. I feel blessed to be able to see that I am just part of that minority, that everything I considered as "certain" is taken away from me in order to start something new and to help build a new world. Today, I don't know how I will be able to make a living with the 2 children, but I have faith that amazing things are about to happen and that our needs will be filled... I know that I was pulled out of the "old system" and the new chapter of my life will have to be in a new one!

  • Good idea. However, consider this as well: "I don`t want you to follow me or anyone else. I would not lead you into the promised land if i could, because if I could lead you in, somebody else would lead you out." --Eugene V. Debs

  • The Sun is shining for us all. Solar energy will literally provide worldwide everything we need to survive. Sol-utions are always on the way solving problems on the go. That is our Nature into which we constantly mature. We are not for nothing "Children of the Sun".

  • This is a very important message that people need to hear. We have to actively choose to change it is not everyone else but us where it begins. This affects us on a molecular level when we choose to think and act differently and affects the collective conciousness.

  • Yes, you are absolutely right about this! However, I disagree about your comment several days ago about "not chasing people." I think people who impress you should be pursued! Thought to ponder: Some people who gravitate into your life may or may not have your best interests at heart. I also have to meditate constantly so their bad habits don't enter my energy field. It just shows me how sick people are, and that they do need treatment. How am I supposed to find a husband in this mess! I don't want to be single, but the people in this society are so sick that they may be incapable of intimacy, true love, and maintaining all of the good that comes with a relationship.

  • It sounds nice....however...the urging has the feel of a new dogma. Why can't we just tolerate each other; see each other as truly unique...words can make us seem like we are in agreement when on the inside we may not be connecting at all. Why can't we see that we are each unique and everyone needs certain events to feel comfortable enough to expand and individuals learn by their own lessons in their own good time. So, take your clear path and set an example perhaps and don't insist that the world follow suit.
