I try so hard to practice this but it`s a toughly for me. As are so many of the other spiritual truths and practices. I get them all intellectually and I see their value - very much so - yet when the situation arises I find myself washed up into the twirling waters instead of finding that peaceful stillness just below that that if only I could access it I could better assess the situation and act in accordance with what my true self really thinks is right. Oh woe is me lol.
