The Doorway to Creativity.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Non-judgment quiets the internal dialog, and this opens once again the doorway to creativity.

Many are harder on themselves than they are on others. They hold themselves to higher standards and (in their minds) are so unkind and unloving to self ~ often more so than they would be to someone they believed they hated. The first step is to make a decision such as: I will love myself. I am learning how to do this more and more each day. This journey to learning to love myself will be joyful. Then, once the decision is made begin doing many things. Karen suggested meditation and that is a great tool. Other tools are 1) look for a better feeling thought. For example, if you make a `mistake` do you use that incident to paint your whole self? Do you believe things like "I cannot do anything right"? Clearly that is not correct. Repudiate that awful thought with facts. 2) Look for things to appreciate about yourself. Don`t worry if no one else appreciates them or even notices; you appreciate things about yourself. Everyone has things about themselves to appreciate such as eyes that can see or ears that can listen to beautiful music or fingers that can caress or a mouth that can offer comforting words to a friend or a smile to a stranger, legs that transport your body, arms that can hug. You get the idea. We ALL have much we can appreciate about ourselves.

It helps me most to stop beating up myself, most of my self abuse comes from others anyway. I LOVE ME! LIKE NO OTHER CAN
