Responsibility in Giving.

Question:

Dear Deepak, I would like to know what responsibility we have in giving money as gift or as a payment to others. What will be caused by the laws of the Universe on a person’s life after he or she gave money to somebody as gift or payment? Will the type of usage (by the beneficiary person) of that given money affecting the person’s life who gave it, on the same way with the results of the usage of it on a beneficiary person’s life? For example: If “A” gives money to “B” as gift, and “B” buys an evil thing with that money and hurts peoples with that evil thing, will that hurt cause a hurt to “A” (even if “A” do not know what was the destiny of that money and what “B” did)? “What You cause, You must experience it.” – as I know, this is the essence of one Universal law, and this truth was one of the ‘question’s parent’, one could say. I would like to give money as gift to others, and would like to know that it is safe, and to buying things from the common places too (the type of the shops and products matters I know, but the “for who I gave that money” thing is too maybe, and this is the essence of the question). Somebody said me (in essence) that to give money as gift to another person is a good thing, and what will he or she spend it for, that is not my responsibility, that is not a decision of me. But in a point of view for me it is not logical, because I gave the money, what was the cause of my decision, so the responsibility is mine (Universal laws will pay me as I deserve that payment).. Or is it not?
