Remaining in the Gap.


When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.


I am practicing to stay in the gap at all times, and its working pretty well. The more I practice the longer I can stay in the gap. The problem is my mind becomes very active when I’m around people I know. Like my friends or family members and I find it hard to stay in the gap. Please advise.


Trying to stay in the gap will bring you out of it. The gap is a quiet, simple state of awareness, and mental effort is a more active, excited state of awareness. Use your meditation practice for cultivating familiarity with the gap. During the rest of the day just allow whatever level of silence you have cultivated to naturally be present in your thoughts and actions.
