Hi Deepak, Meditation is calming , but is it right to do adrenaline-inducing sports or running after meditation? Some people are more active by nature. Some people say walking harmonizes the hemispheres of brain, allowing people to better focus on their problems. Can they combine energetic sport and yoga and meditation?

Absolutely. The profound silence of meditation is the perfect counterbalance for vigorous activity. As with anything, you need to find the right balance of exercise that is right for your body type.

I read that walking is good exercise for all people, children, old people fat people. It is more healthy than running for example for fat people, because of joints of legs. They said walking causes more oxigen, more creativity. You write good ideas about exercises and people write good things too.
