Materialism Backsliding.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
Hello Deepak, First, I must thank you. Your words were some of the first I read that sent me on the path of spiritual enlightenment. I have been following this website and reading your work for a little over a year now. When I first began on this journey, it was the most miraculous, eye-opening experience of my life. It permeated every aspect of my life. Somewhere along the line, about four months ago, I got a new job. My degree is nearing completion. I don't want to blame these things, but something happened when I accepted all of this. I have been spun back into the web of external gratification, and I am finding it very difficult to re-align myself. I feel numb to everything I have learned thus far. I have been reading the work of Swami Vivekananda, Thich Nhat Hahn, and the Bhagavad Gita, to name a few. It is all resonating with me, but I cannot gather the discipline to pull myself out of the sense of being led by external gratification, like a mouse with a piece of cheese being dangled in front of it. It is like I cannot reach the cheese. I need some form of guidance. Can you please help me to find a way back on the path? Namaste', Be well.
Response:
Don’t judge yourself harshly. You have been intellectually inspired by the spiritual ideals in the past. Now what you are being asked to do is learn to apply those values in your worldly endeavors. You don’t need to find your way back on the path. Your path is the way forward where you learn to integrate your spiritual values into your practical worldly life.

Deepak

What each one of us has to realise is in the whole history of world there has been no one like you and to the infinate time’s to come there will be no one like you ,you are the only one of your kind.the creator should have loved you so much and he decided not to repeat another of your kind. you are rare, you are special, you are unique, you are miracle, you are original, you are the master piece, you are the master’s piece, live your originality, live what you are…..you are my gods particle. Life is not about finding yourself ,its about discovering who god created you to be. The power of God is with you at all times; through the activities of mind, senses, breathing, and emotions; and is constantly doing all the work using you as a mere instrument. just go through AND PLZ SHARE IT https://www.facebook.com/godsparticle.co.in/

I have been in this boat recently myself. By reading the Tao Te Ching and with help from D eepaks friend Eckhart Tolle I have had some liberating realizations about this. The heavenly father has already forgiven us now it is our time in the moment to see we are not to judge ourselves because that's ego playing God. Just be open to all people especially other spiritual guides you may have been narrow minded to before. This is the door to true love and listening. This is patience for yourselves and others both.
