Dear Deepak
I'm new to consciousness and to discovering spirituality. In one of your writings you mentioned that freedom is somehow a key to happiness. However there are some issues in our lives that we just don't want to let them go. Like someone who I really do love and care about and we were just perfect but I kept ruining everything that I pushed him to his limits. I know that I CAN live without him but I don't want to, because I think that more happiness comes to me when I'm with him. I've been trying to communicate with my inner trying to figure out whether to set myself free our to keep hurting myself by staying by his side while he doesn't care anymore. What to do? How can I make balance? From where can I get the answer?

Spiritual freedom brings ultimate happiness, because our joy is unlimited and unconditional. It no longer depends on other people or outside circumstances. True happiness arises from the self-realization that your inner essence is bliss itself.
The solution to your unhappiness is not in choosing to be with your boyfriend or not, it lies in finding your happiness within and then working through the relationship from that position of self-worth and strength.
