Hi I know there are different approaches to meditation, and I have so much to learn about so much, as have we all. I am making a committed decision to spend quality time in meditation from this day forth. I want to really get to know myself, totally and completely. I have known nothing, truly, in my own experience of nothingness. Being at 0 makes way, then for the potentiality of experiencing the perfect 10, the point at which we are ready to become 11, the perfection of self, having mastered the ego in relation to the higher self, being in control of the spectrum of whole range of emotions and thoughts and ways of relating. I know that there are various routes to meditation. Guided visualisations are one route, but I am keen to explore the more inward paths. I am especially fond of music, passionate about it in fact. I live and breathe it most of the time!!! So that is one route that interests me, the relationship between sound and self at a much deeper level. Also, the whole sphere of sacred sexual exploration, too, in relation to self as God and Goddess images, archetypal or otherwise. Anyway, I found myself relating to your quote at a deep level. It definitely has stirred something deep within! x
