Ask Deepak

What is the difference between mindfulness, being centered and witnessing awareness?.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

Dear Deepak sir, what is the difference between ‘being mindful,’ ‘being centered’ and ‘being witness’?

Response:

These are all roughly equivalent characteristics of how our true self impacts our life. Mindfulness is the quality of present awareness or wakefulness within everyday experience. Being centered is the value of steadiness, balance and security that our core consciousness provides to life. And the silent witness is the still observer nature of the Self that is present in awakened consciousness that does not judge or bias experience. The silent witness provides a permanent backdrop of awareness to the ever-changing experiences of our life.

Love,

Deepak
